Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant to support client projects in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workforce Software and strong communication skills.

Candidates may be located anywhere in Latin America (LATAM) but must be proficient in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workforce Software implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workforce Software solutions.
• Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Participate in solution design and requirements analysis.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
• Support integrations and data-related activities.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Provide production and post-implementation support.
• Resolve functional issues and provide timely solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
