Position: WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant (L2)

Work Setup: 100% Work From Home (Full WFH)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Salary: PHP 100,000 – PHP 200,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Techno-Functional Consultant (L2) with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in time and attendance modules. In this role, you will configure, validate, and support WFS solutions and facilitate seamless integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.

• Configuration & Validation: Hands-on navigation of WFS configurations, Policy Editor, and TOR (Time Off Request / Request Management).
• Module Expertise: Manage WFS Time & Attendance, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, and time results validation to match business requirements.
• Integrations: Support WFS integrations with enterprise systems, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other work arrangement modules.
• Project Support: Execute operational reports and support business teams with testing, cutover, and go-live activities for WFS Time & Attendance.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
• Certification: PT103 Certification is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Primary: Workforce Software Time & Attendance
• Secondary: Workforce Software Integration (SAP EC, ECP, ECC, etc.)
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is highly advantageous.
• Shift Availability: Ability to work full-time on a US night shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
