Your future contribution

As a Working Student in Accounts Receivable team, you will you will contribute to a timely month-end and quarter-end close. You will learn how invoicing, cash collection and cash optimization impact business performance, and how your work contributes to company goals.

Our team is a data-informed, strategic partner within HomeToGo. We take on a wide range of business questions and combine analysis with strategic initiatives that help keep HomeToGo at the forefront of the fast-evolving vacation rental market.

This is a fixed-term Working Student contract ending on 30 June 2027, with a possible extension of one to two months.


What you'll tackle first


How you’ll add value

  • Support the Finance team with daily invoicing tasks: sending final agreements, issuing invoices, creating credit notes to correct invoices, and updating partners' invoice recipients and other invoicing details on request.
  • Take part in the dunning process by communicating with debtors in writing and by phone.
  • Contribute to reporting by importing bookings and updating booking records as needed.
  • Collaborate with Business Development managers to optimize processes, such as standardizing dunning and invoicing.
  • Expand your skills and knowledge in SAP and Salesforce.


You’ll be successful in this role if you

  • Are a team player who also enjoys working independently.

  • Are reliable and well-structured.

  • Have basic knowledge of billing and invoicing

  • Enjoy discovering and trying out new tools (Salesforce, Jira, SAP).

  • Have analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.

  • Have basic knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

  • Speak fluent English and German (minimum at the B2 level)
