Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE. ADH's role is to define and implement best practices in Health data management, product design, pricing, underwriting, and claims management and to foster business performance of Allianz Health insurance entities around the globe. ADH also develops software tools and supports implementation in Allianz Health insurance entities to ensure technical excellence along the Health insurance value chain. As a working student, you will support the build, integration, and deployment of software products that enable the creation of data-driven, superior Health insurance solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with our core technologies, contributing to end-to-end Health solutions, while providing opportunities to learn and grow alongside experienced engineers. A special focus will be on the visualization of data insights. Develop visualizations to communicate insights from risk modeling calculations Support data quality initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data issues Implement scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting projects Investigate and communicate best practices for AI-assisted software development Enrolled student in a master's programme (computer science, data science, business informatics or comparable) Minimum of one year of practical experience in data engineering or data science through internships and working student positions. Strong passion for deriving insights from data, particularly through the development of data visualization and exploratory analytics tools. Strong expertise in python programming Familiarity with Git/Github. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results, while thriving in a multicultural, collaborative team environment. Strong written and verbal communication in English Interest in, or initial exposure to, the insurance industry is an advantage. Experience with or interest in AI-supported guidance and analytics solutions is a plus. Availability 16–20 hours per week during weekdays. 2 days per week office presence.
