From day one, you’ll contribute to real client data & AI projects. You’ll help develop the technical foundation of our AI solutions by working on data pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and intelligent applications. Along the way, you’ll explore emerging technologies, support the journey from idea to production, and grow as an engineer by learning on the job through real-world challenges and close collaboration with our experienced Cloud, Software, Data, and AI engineers. You’ll thrive with us if you bring: A strong academic foundation – you’re currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a quantitative Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Econometrics) with excellent results Technical thinking and engineering skills – you enjoy designing infrastructure, developing applications, or building data pipelines A hands-on, growth mindset – you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously Effective communication and teamwork skills – you’re comfortable collaborating and explaining your ideas clearly in technical discussions Fluency in English (written and spoken) Where and how you’ll work Most of your work will take place at our Amsterdam office – a space designed to foster problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation, and simply put, where we build the future. We’re aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week – ideally, 24 hours spread across three days – so you can dive deep into projects and still keep your studies on track. While the office is your main workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team to support a healthy balance between work and study.
