Working Student E-Commerce (f/m/d)

Do you want to experience e-commerce not just in theory, but directly in day-to-day operations? As a Working Student in the E-commerce team, you will support us operationally with product launches, catalog management, and digital marketing campaigns. You will take on responsibility early on, work closely with the rest of the marketing team, and learn how modern e-commerce works in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Your Tasks

• Online Product Launches: Supporting our online product launches, tracking timelines, and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.

• Catalog & Assortment Management: Managing our product assortment and catalog, overseeing product categorization, avoiding SKU duplication, and maintaining a clean, logical assortment structure.

• Campaign Organization in Notion: Managing and organizing online campaign projects in Notion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and documentation are structured and up to date.

• E-Commerce Projects & Website Maintenance: Supporting e-commerce projects, tests, and ongoing website maintenance initiatives.

• KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Assisting with KPI monitoring, reporting, and website analysis to help identify growth opportunities.

Your Profile

• Studies & Motivation: Enrolled student with curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in start-ups, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

• Project Management: Strong project management skills with enthusiasm for organizing projects and working with digital tools.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Notion; previous hands-on experience with Shopware or Hygraph is a strong plus.

• Work Style: Strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a results-driven mindset.

• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
