What you'll bring
You're a student ready to contribute alongside your studies. You're curious, adapt quickly, and stay resilient as priorities evolve. You think creatively, communicate clearly, and collaborate well across teams. You're building your foundations in business and AI — and you take initiative to apply them. You bring emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to every interaction.
You're a student with an interest in business, HR, or consulting — drawn to roles where coordination and strategic thinking intersect.
- Collaborative mindset, with comfort moving between research and coordination work
- Proficient organizational skills and the ability to keep several workstreams on track at once
- A customer-oriented approach — you keep team members' and candidates' needs in mind throughout
- Ability to synthesize AI insights into strategic narratives, and experience applying generative AI tools in practice
- Confidence building and delivering executive-level presentations that turn complex information into clear recommendations
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at.
In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.
What you'll build
You'll work on real deliverables, not shadow tasks. Your contributions connect directly to your team's goals. You'll leave with a portfolio of SAP work you can build on.
You'll take on real coordination and advisory work in the Industry Value Advisory team — directly shaping how interns are recruited and supported.
- Act as the single point of contact between the Industry Value Advisors and the intern team
- Run intern recruitment end to end — tracking applications, shortlisting candidates, and managing candidate communications
- Organise onboarding weeks and coordinate intern work across the full training program period
- Plan and run the Industry Value Advisory Job Days — the full-day final recruitment round for internships
- Coordinate AI Clinic sessions and contribute to AI value selling conversations across advisory teams
- Update corporate strategy briefs, run peer analyses, and build industry KPI benchmarks for key accounts
Where you belong
The Industry Value Advisory team works at the intersection of business strategy and customer insight — it's a place where early talent gets real scope, not shadow tasks. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers. You'll be based in 's-Hertogenbosch, working with colleagues across international markets.
