Join us as a Working Student to join our Insight Team . You'll support our ongoing shift toward more AI-supported workflows in how we approach survey and market research analysis. You will be working in: English (Fluency required), German is a plus How you will make an impact: Support survey and market research analysis, with a growing focus on AI-assisted methods Help evolve existing analytical workflows into AI-supported approaches Assist with data preparation, quality checks, and structuring of research outputs Collaborate closely with team members on client and internal projects Support secondary research across market, competition, and audience topics Skills you will need to be successful: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. business, marketing, data/statistics, media) Analytical mindset and attention to detail Some experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and an understanding of how they work Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to learn new skills First experience in market research is a plus, but not a hard requirement Don't worry if you don't meet every single requirement.
