Contributing to monthly payroll processing in SAP: maintaining data, sanity-checking results, and catching anomalies before they end up on a payslip; Handling correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and government offices, and following up to make sure changes are properly reflected in the system; Preparing bulk changes as upload files and checking them against our master data; Creating certificates/documents and handling requests from the payroll inbox, based on existing templates and with the team as a sounding board; Preparing analyses and reports from SAP and BigQuery; Actively improving our processes: spotting recurring requests and duplicate work and tackling them yourself — building a response template, automating a reconciliation, or documenting a process so it works even without you being there. We work with tools including Claude and Google Cloud.
