Working Student Retail Growth

What you will do

• Core responsibilities (your main focus):
  • Managing and processing B2B orders, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment with high attention to detail & practical use of AI when relevant.
  • Automatization of order management and other operational processes, helping to identify and resolve issues and improve efficiency with practical use of AI.
  • Owner of new product launches across all accounts.
• Supporting responsibilities (you will contribute & learn):
  • Supporting the management of B2B accounts and day-to-day communication with partners.
  • Assisting in monitoring key retail KPIs (e.g. sell-out, stock levels, availability) and preparing reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to support execution of projects.
• Optional stretch (based on your development):
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects and/or owning from start-to-end your own Account & drive growth.

What we're looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
• You are available to work 20 hours per week from Berlin.
• You have gained first practical experience (e.g. internship or working student role), ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
• You have a strong interest in retail, e-commerce, and commercial topics, and are excited to learn how businesses grow.
• You are analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and reliable way of working.
• You enjoy working with data & AI and are eager to translate insights into actions.
• You bring a hands-on mentality and enjoy supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and take ownership of your tasks.
• You are fluent in German and English.
