If so, join the Group as a Talent Acquisition Working Student and help our team recruit exceptional candidates. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented current undergraduate student to join our team and support us in building an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment and employer branding engines running smoothly by managing candidate pipelines, assisting in event organization, and providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. What You'll Bring University degree in progress Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent written and spoken English (min. C1) and fluent Hungarian language skills Ideally, some prior professional experience in human resources, recruiting, marketing, employer branding, or administration Available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, ideally 30 hours/week Able to commit to a minimum 1-year contract, strongly preferred YOU’RE GOOD AT You’re passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and building great candidate experiences. You impress people with your structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working. You’re reliable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team. You have a positive attitude and enjoy interactions with coworkers and stakeholders. You like working creatively. You have strong communicative and organizational skills. Who You'll Work With You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Talent Acquisition team, whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally.
