In this position, you will join our Hong Kong Built Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Built Environment projects such as schools, data centres, residential and commercial development and a variety of Government projects. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’. supervising contractors employed in construction, maintenance and improvement of building services installations; taking measurements at sites; and performing related technical duties We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. What can you bring to the team? Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need: Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Completed the below courses: Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces Attained the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and Secondary 3 standard or above in Chinese Languages, or equivalent; At least five (5) years relevant post-qualification local experience of site supervision of building services installations Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card) Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction Course) Basic Accident Prevention Course Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
