At Paragon Skills, demand for our Health & Social Care programmes continues to grow, and we're looking for a dedicated Workshop Tutor - Adult Care to deliver engaging, high-quality training and support to learners undertaking Adult Care apprenticeships. With more learners and employer partners joining our programmes across the Country, we're growing our Delivery team to meet increasing demand and maintain the high levels of support and learner experience we're known for.
As one of the UK's Top 5 training providers, as rated by our apprentices, and a three-time Times Top 100 Best Places to Work winner, we're proud of the difference we make to learners, employers and the wider Care sector every day. If you are you an experienced Adult Care professional with a passion for developing others then this is an exciting opportunity to use your industry expertise to help apprentices build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in their careers, while contributing to an outstanding learning experience.
About The Role
As a Workshop Tutor, you will plan, prepare and deliver interactive workshops for Adult Care apprentices, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports achievement and progression.
Working remotely as part of a collaborative team, you'll use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to bring learning to life, provide personalised learner support, and ensure training content remains relevant, compliant and aligned to industry standards. Please note there will be a need to deliver occasional evening workshops (approximately once per week).

Core Benefits
We expect all colleagues to share this commitment and to contribute to a culture where people feel safe, respected and able to achieve their potential. As part of our safer recruitment processes, appropriate pre-employment checks, including DBS, right to work, reference and social media checks where required, will be undertaken.
We're a Disability Confident Employer and have a guaranteed interview scheme in place to ensure that nobody is overlooked or discriminated against because of their disability. If you meet the minimum criteria when you apply and you have informed us in your application that you have a disability, you will be guaranteed an interview for that role.
If you're passionate about developing the future workforce of the Care sector and want to join an award-winning training provider that puts learners and colleagues first, we'd love to hear from you.
