Wound Care/Wound VAC Nurse (RN /LPN)

Following MD's order for wound care and treatment Creating, updating, and managing care plans Performing specialized procedures (e.g., removing dead tissue/debridement, cleaning wounds, and bandaging) Working with a multidisciplinary team to plan skin care interventions Performing diabetic foot care Educating patients and their caregivers on wound care procedures and preventative measures Staying up to date with current wound treatments Planning and executing care plans for patients exhibiting skin complications Must have an Active and unencumbered RN/ LPN license Excellent interpersonal communication skills BLS
