Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity At Pentoz, we’re building transformative digital products that need to run seamlessly across platforms — and that’s where you come in. As a Xamarin Developer, you’ll be at the core of delivering powerful cross-platform mobile apps using C# and Xamarin. Your mission: to craft native-like experiences for both iOS and Android from a shared codebase. This role is perfect for developers who want to blend native performance with fast, scalable development — and make a direct impact in industries ranging from tech to hospitality to finance. You Will Be Responsible For Full-Cycle App Development: Creating high-performance mobile apps using Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.iOS, and Xamarin.Android Code Reusability: Leveraging shared C# code across platforms to reduce development time while maintaining native functionality UI/UX Implementation: Translating designs into clean, responsive UIs using XAML and platform-specific custom renderers API & Service Integration: Connecting apps to REST APIs, Firebase, Microsoft Azure, or other third-party services Testing & Deployment: Utilizing tools like Xamarin Test Cloud, App Center, and Visual Studio for build, test, and release workflows Team Collaboration: Working closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product owners in agile sprint cycles This Role Is For You If You have 3–6+ years of experience in mobile development with Xamarin and C# You’re fluent in Xamarin.Forms, MVVM, and .NET MAUI (optional but ideal) You’ve launched or maintained apps on the Play Store and App Store You understand dependency services, platform-specific APIs, and custom controls You’re passionate about clean architecture and scalable design patterns Bonus Points If You Have Experience with MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) — Microsoft’s next-gen Xamarin successor Integration skills with Azure, SignalR, or Microsoft Graph API Familiarity with CI/CD via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Experience converting legacy Xamarin apps into modern mobile stacks Published GitHub or portfolio apps demonstrating clean code and performance What We Offer Remote-first role in a hyper-growth, mission-driven tech company Direct contribution to cross-industry products impacting thousands Clear career growth from Developer → Lead → Mobile Solution Architect Competitive compensation + results-based bonus structure The chance to be a builder of India’s next great innovation brand About Pentoz Pentoz is a tech-powered enterprise redefining how industries work — from staffing to SaaS, from hospitality to fintech.
