The SAP SM/MM AMS Consultant will be working in the GC Europe CET/CEST time zone, under the supervision of the Global AMS team manager and the Global Workstream Project Manager Logistics. He/she will work closely together with the Henka GCE but also other regional Business Process Experts & end users, GC Global SAP AMS team members, Digital Solutions team, externally hired contractors, the SAP partner and SAP. Health Insurance/HMO Enjoy unlimited MadMax Coffee Diverse learning & growth opportunities Accessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout) Above standard leaves Manage the qRFC queue discrepancies between EWM and ERP in an embedded S4HANA environment Assign and strictly follow-up on queues to be resolved by business units Ensure tickets are raised and followed-up for SAP IT issues Show a reduction in failed queues through pro-active support Pro-actively manage the Stock Differences between EWM and ERP Using standard Stock Difference reports, follow-up with business units to make correction Perform root cause analysis on differences through EWM and MM monitoring transactions Recommend corrective actions (process or technical) to reduce Stock Differences Support GC specific processes "Principal Model" and "Promoflow" Act as first point of contact for issues in these custom developments Use knowledge of SAP processes to guide incidents to the correct support teams Act as a liaison to SAP providers Ensure all SAP application documentation is present and up to date and CSV compliant Gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements relating to the development or enhancement of SAP S4Hana MM / EWM used by GC Provide support, training and assistance to end users in the areas of SAP S4Hana MM / EWM When needed, act as a complimentary backup or support for the other internal SAP team members, Henka AMS team, SAP Basis team and MDM team Bachelor's Degree in any IT related courses or equivalent experience. 3-4 years professional experience with the configuration of SAP MM module. Experience with creation of Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Documentation & Flow, Functional and Technical specifications in accordance with CSV compliancy (ISO 13485). Experience with a design, build and implementation phase. Experience with training and testing and the creation of test scripts and training Materials. Able to provide training and (helpdesk) support to end-users Experience with data migration to an SAP S4 Hana system, Go live cutover activities and post go live support. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Amenable to work in on a Night Shift Schedule and Hybrid Set-up (SM Aura Office) 3x RTO per week. Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
