🚀 Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM

Buscamos un Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM para liderar la implementación de soluciones de integración y arquitectura técnica en la región. Será responsable de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones escalables, acompañando a clientes durante todo el ciclo de integración y adopción de Xvantage.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar arquitecturas e integraciones escalables alineadas a los requerimientos del cliente.

• Liderar sesiones de descubrimiento técnico y definición de soluciones.

• Acompañar implementaciones end-to-end y procesos de onboarding.

• Actuar como referente técnico regional para iniciativas de Xvantage.

• Impulsar la adopción de APIs, Integration Hub y nuevas capacidades de la plataforma.

• Colaborar con equipos de Ventas, Ingeniería, Operaciones y Customer Success.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería o carrera afín.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en Solution Architecture, Consultoría Técnica o Integraciones.

• Experiencia con APIs, integraciones empresariales y plataformas cloud.

• Inglés avanzado y español fluido.

• Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes y múltiples stakeholders.

Conocimientos Deseables

• REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks.

• Integraciones ERP y plataformas eCommerce.

• Middleware de integración.

• Arquitectura de soluciones y preventa técnica.

• Experiencia con IA e integraciones avanzadas.
