Young Professional – Human Resources at BairesDev

We are looking for a Human Resources Young Professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to launch your career in HR within a global tech company, where you'll support a variety of people-focused initiatives and develop your skills across different HR functions alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in the coordination of onboarding processes, ensuring new team members have a smooth and welcoming start.

- Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.

- Collaborate with the HR team on engagement, well-being, and culture initiatives.

- Help coordinate training and development activities, tracking participation and collecting feedback.

- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision making.

- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.

- Empathetic, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
