Young Professional – Operations Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for an Operations Analyst Young Professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in business operations within a global tech company, where you'll support process improvement initiatives and develop your analytical skills alongside experienced operations professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Support the analysis and documentation of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

- Assist in gathering and organizing operational data to generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

- Help monitor key operational metrics, flagging deviations and assisting in root cause analysis.

- Participate in the implementation of new tools, systems, or procedures to improve day-to-day operations.

- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in operations, process improvement, or business analysis.

- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

- Advanced proficiency in English.
