LEIAH is a transdisciplinary research and creative space where people from diverse backgrounds collaborate to create meaningful bodies of work.
Through 45-day cycles, researchers, analysts, and creative practitioners come together around a shared question or theme. They explore it from different perspectives, examine the systems and structures surrounding it, and develop their findings into creative outcomes.
These outcomes may take the form of textile products, fine art, short documentaries, ambient music, visual media, and digital archives. LEIAH brings research and creative practice into the same process, creating work that can be experienced, shared, and preserved.

About The Role
LEIAH is looking for young, confident, and creative individuals who are comfortable appearing on camera and have good English communication skills.
As an On-Camera Content Volunteer, you’ll help LEIAH share youth perspectives, and campaign-related ideas through simple, engaging short-form videos.

- Speak clearly and naturally in English
- Follow simple content guidelines
- Stay connected with the LEIAH team and submit videos on time
- Share creative ideas and suggestions when you’d like to

No previous experience is required. You don’t need to be a content creator, presenter, or influencer. If you can communicate well in English and feel comfortable being on camera, we’d love to hear from you.

A Simple & Flexible Commitment
This is a remote, unpaid volunteer opportunity designed to be easy to manage alongside your studies, work, or other activities.
The volunteer period is 15–20 days, with a goal of creating one short video each day. The LEIAH team will provide guidance, scripts, or talking points, so you won’t have to figure everything out on your own.
We’re looking for people who can stay consistent while enjoying the experience, learning new skills, and being part of a positive youth-focused team.
