Job Description We require an experienced backend developer to re-build our current system with better functionality, scalability and usability as described below. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Read this scope in conjunction with the full scope documents before submitting your price, bot submit if you haven't read and understood the scope. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AREAS OF SKILL: Zoho, Zoho Creator, API development, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL and others, CRM, ERP. YOU MUST 1. Allow time to review and understand our scope fully (to make the project run smoothly) 2. Have exceptional English skill written and spoken 3. Able to communicate using our collaboration software (Moxtra.com, zoho or similar) 5. Must deliver manual to allow for user integration 6. Keep the theme of the company consistent throughout the project 7. Have great understanding of current website design and best practices 8. Be able to follow written workflows and input into ERP and adjust/correct to make work best. 9. Have complete understanding of business practices to foresee any shortfalls in the scope workability to provide feedback at time of development to allow for ‘on the fly’ corrections. 10. Allow for Alpha & Beta testing with re-work at each stage. 11. Allow for debugging for 2 months after product is launched. 12. Provide complete transparency during development and updates all the time to allow for correct processes implemented. 13. Be available in no less than 4 Australian business hours (9-5) each day Monday-Friday in addition to other hours and weekend work. 14. Provide us with all editable files of and works completed in this scope 15. All copyright belongs to me and the Total Driver Company. 16. By agreeing to this project you also agree to not disclose any information relating to the project to any third parties without written consent from myself. All digital assets will not be used in any other way for any other thing unless agreed to by me. This is the basis of your non-disclosure and is binding. 17. If you work in a team environment I expect a manager with the correct skill set to develop and deliver this project to be my contact person. THE DEVELOPMENT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS (ALSO SEE FULL SCOPE) 1. Live dashboarding analytics of data - set for different users like driver, admin, franchisee etc. 2. User permission levels with Me as Superuser 3. API integrations or internally with zoho products with accounting, invoicing, mapping, SMS and telephony, calendars, CRM, mail client 4. Secure data and access 5. Set and adjust packages and promotions 6. Add, edit, delete and adjust packages, promotion, users, users level, permissions etc. 7. Alerts 8. Reporting at various levels for users, pass/fails rates, different target types statistics 9. User manual with screen shots supplied for all functions and processes 10. Completely editable for future upgrades and developments 11. Clean code with comments so any developer in future can work on the project. 12. Web portal for accessing the system 13. Mapping of all contact and target sets of data for people in the field (live map of leads on mobile device) 14. E-mail marketing to allow for automation of emails and learning modules for 15 sales funnels including automation of 3-4 emails, SMS, tasks, lead scoring etc), allow also for assignment and escalation rules. 15. Email client setup so emails run through the system 16. Complete calendar functionality and updates pushed both ways. 17. This development must complete the system as it currently works PLUS fix ALL the issues found in the scope on page 5 & 6 18. Must include a log book app (can be web access but mob friendly) with mapping, mileage driven, driving conditions, supervisor, user details, logbook status updates, login etc and link this data back to the ERP. 19. Must generate reports and end of user lesson that emails/SMS details to concerned parties (student & parent) and deliver daily reports to set users (instructors, admin, superuser) 20. Territory Management 21. Process management using zoho blueprint. 22. HTML and plain text email templates setup and finalised ready for use. PLEASE PROVIDE IN YOUR BUDGET 1. A breakdown in costs into 4-5 parts/stages 2. with timeframes for each. 3. A detailed approach/plan showing which areas are of concern for the development, which areas will take the most time, which may need to be investigated to work properly/fully.
