Job Description This is a remote position. The ideal candidate for this role will have a diverse set of responsibilities related to Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator . Regularly test your code, identify errors , and iterate to ensure high-quality code. Integration and Troubleshooting : Integrate your business processes into Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. Detect and troubleshoot software issues. API Development : Develop, implement, and test APIs . Provide input on software development projects . Custom Zoho Apps : Create custom Zoho apps to automate various processes. Customize business applications using Zoho One . User Interface and Reporting : Be proficient in creating: Customer portals HTML page views Dashboards Reports Embedded forms/reports/pages Email and SMS campaigns Technical Expertise : Experience in technical roles with at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations . Strong expertise in Zoho products . Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles . Agile Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams. Deliver results within aggressive timelines .
