Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with at least two years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should understand business processes and be able to translate requirements into efficient Zoho applications, workflows, automations, and integrations. Key Responsibilities Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Develop custom functions and automations using Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware. Work with Zoho products such as CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, Campaigns, Projects, and Flow. Analyze business requirements and recommend suitable Zoho-based solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing applications and workflows. Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation. Create dashboards, reports, and management-level analytics. Prepare technical documentation and provide training or support to users. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and clients. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in Zoho development or implementation. Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. Proficiency in Deluge scripting. Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations. Understanding of CRM processes, including leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and sales pipelines. Experience with workflow automation and custom functions. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
