Job Description This is a remote position. We support the Egyptian & middle east market organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with a clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness. We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Developer (ZOHO) to work on our Customer Experience Business Unit, developing and deploying business applications mainly Zoho solutions. • Zoho Developer is Responsible for the Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, Analytics, and others as needed. • Should act as a presales consultant for all customer experience portfolios specifically Zoho Solutions: (Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance, Zoho People, and Zoho One). • Direct or through a team; prepare the technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required. • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment specifically for Zoho solutions. • Build industry-specific CRM solutions. • Expand Zoho CRM's features by creating powerful extensions that integrate with third-party apps, or enable intelligent workflows. • Create custom apps on Zoho Creator and streamline any business process. • Connect Zoho services with other applications using REST APIs. • Complete the configuration for user stories within Zoho using native features and/or customization. • Integrate with other solutions using the product’s API or ready-made integration tools to meet customers’ requirements. • Design and develop custom solutions on Zoho platform to meet different business requirements based on market needs. • Focus on quality and test all changes in a sandbox prior to deployment to production. • Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end-user and escalate application errors to the vendor development team. • Deliver directly and indirectly product and service training and workshops to increase sales, marketing, and service delivery awareness and understanding for the assigned portfolio. This may include onboarding new team members that will engage at any of the mentioned functions. Requirements Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent. Skills: • Minimum of 3 years experience as - business applications developer or related position. • Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho solutions. • Detailed experience with Zoho CRM architecture & APIs. • Good understanding of Databases & Web development on the cloud. • Good understanding of REST APIs, HTML & CSS. • Experience in ZOHO desk, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing & ZOHO creator is a must. • Programming skills (Zoho's Deluge language experience is a plus) ​• Experience in customization using Java, Deluge Benefits Flexible working hours Work from home Project delivery Incentive
