Zoho Developer – CRM & Automation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow.
  

• Build and optimize Deluge scripts to automate business processes and enhance data consistency.
  

• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions.
  

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and workflows to match business requirements.
  

• Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  

• Maintain documentation of system architecture, scripts, and integrations.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications or automations.
  

• Collaborate with teams across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Zoho Developer, Zoho Admin, or Zoho Consultant.
  

• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s custom function framework.
  

• In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow.
  

• Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho One apps is a strong plus.
  

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and webhook architecture.
  

• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
  

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Zoho Creator Developer or Zoho CRM Administrator.
  

• Experience working in ERP or logistics, retail, or distribution environments.
  

• Familiarity with Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Sigma, or serverless app development.
  

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL for external integrations.
  

• Prior experience with Zoho Partner implementations or Zoho One full-suite deployments.
