We are looking for a highly skilled Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client requirements into functional solutions by customizing Zoho applications and writing complex scripts to ensure seamless integrations System Architecture | هيكلة الأنظمة: إعداد وتخصيص تطبيقات Zoho (خصوصاً CRM, Books, Desk, Creator) بما يناسب طبيعة عمل العميل. Configure and customize Zoho applications (specifically CRM, Books, Desk, and Creator) from scratch to align with client business processes. Deluge Scripting | برمجة ديلوج: كتابة سكربتات احترافية لعمل الأتمتة والربط بين التطبيقات المختلفة. Develop advanced Deluge scripts for automation and cross-platform integrations. Data Management | إدارة البيانات: تنظيف ورفع البيانات وتجهيزها باستخدام Zoho DataPrep أو Excel. Perform data cleansing, migration, and preparation using Zoho DataPrep or Excel. Third-party Integrations | الربط الخارجي: عمل Integrations باستخدام Zoho Flow أو APIs لربط زوهو مع تطبيقات خارجية (مثل WhatsApp API). Implement integrations using Zoho Flow or APIs to connect Zoho with external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp API). Requirements خبرة عميقة في Zoho CRM و Zoho One. Proven experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho One ecosystem. إتقان تام للغة البرمجة Deluge. Mastery of Deluge Scripting. القدرة على تحليل العمليات الإدارية واقتراح حلول تقنية. Strong ability to analyze business processes and propose technical solutions. خبرة في التعامل مع الـ APIs والـ Webhooks.
