About Us Zoho Job Description This is a remote position. Zoxware is looking for a Zoho Implementer to support clients in setting up, customizing, and operating Zoho applications based on their business needs. The role includes understanding client requirements, configuring Zoho apps, creating workflows and automations, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting data migration, and helping clients use the system effectively after implementation. The candidate will work with different Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Flow. Ability to customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and reports. Basic knowledge of Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Flow. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical system setup. Experience with data import, data cleanup, and basic data migration. Good communication skills in Arabic; English is preferred. Ability to explain technical ideas in a simple and clear way to clients. Previous experience in CRM, ERP, SaaS, or business applications is preferred.
