Zoho Product Trainer

Role Description

The Zoho Product Trainer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions on Zoho products to internal teams and clients, ensuring users understand system features, workflows, and best practices. Day-to-day activities include developing training materials (presentations, guides, videos), conducting live and virtual training sessions, and providing follow-up support and clarification to trainees. The Zoho Product Trainer will assess learner needs, gather feedback, analyze usage data, and refine training content to improve adoption and effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with HR consultants, product specialists, and client stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Training and Training & Development skills to design, deliver, and continuously improve Zoho product learning programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to facilitate clear, engaging sessions for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness, interpret user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience with Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho People, or other Zoho suite tools) or similar cloud-based business platforms is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple training engagements, and adapt content for different learner levels.
• Previous experience in corporate training, HR technology implementation, or SaaS product onboarding is an advantage.
