The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Zoho Recruit. Experience with Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns are a plus. The role will involve utilizing these tools for recruitment purposes and leveraging their functionalities to streamline and optimize our recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Zoho Recruit, Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns to support and enhance the recruitment process. Implement and customize Zoho Recruit to meet the specific needs of the organization. Analyze recruitment data using Zoho Analytics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Manage and optimize recruitment campaigns using Zoho Campaigns. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for utilizing Zoho tools for recruitment purposes. Implementation Project Management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to customize and configure Zoho Recruit to meet specific organizational needs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in Zoho Recruit and related tools would be a plus. Experience with HRMS, Recruitment Management, Digital Transformation.
