Zoho Social Experts - Social Media Marketing (SMM)
As a
Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager
and
Zoho Social Expert
at WITTIGONIA digital, you will drive
strategic social media campaigns
and enhance brand engagement using
Zoho Social
and other
Zoho marketing tools
. Your role will involve
creating compelling content
, leveraging
data-driven insights
, and managing both
projects and client relationships
. This is a

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
across platforms, utilising
Zoho Social
and other Zoho tools.
Create engaging content
, including
visuals, images, and videos
, to maximize audience impact.
Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns
using performance data and
Zoho analytics
.
Manage projects effectively
, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from start to finish.
Build strong client relationships
, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality marketing solutions.
Leverage multilingual communication
skills in
English
(mandatory) and, if applicable, additional languages such as
German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian
.
Requirements
Proven experience
in
social media marketing (SMM)
with expertise in
Zoho Social
and
Zoho Marketing tools
.
Strong analytical skills
, using data to refine campaigns and maximize engagement.
Creative experience
in developing
visual, image, and video content
.
Project management experience
, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Client management expertise
, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
Fluency in English
is required; additional fluency in
German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian
is a plus.
