ZohoOne CRM Consultant and Support Specialist

Location : India ( Work from Home)

We are looking for a technical consultant with expertise in Zoho CRM integration and applications.

Requirements

Experience

Implementing Zoho One in a small business environment

Successful development and delivery of Zoho Creator projects

Experience building use cases and test cases.

Experience in E-Commerce space.

Technical Qualifications:

Zoho One: CRM, Checkout, Creator, Social, Desk, WorkDrive,

Saas Products and Integration: MailChimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, BigCommerce, Veeco

Programming Languages: Java, J2EE, HTML5, Deluge ( Zoho Creator), REST API

Project Environment: Scrum, Sharepoint, MS Office, Visio, MS Project

Educational Qualifications:

· College Degree (BE, BA, B Com, B Tech, MBA etc.)

· Ability to work in US (PST time zone) – night shift

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CRM developer preferably in a US company

· Ability to work from home.

· Experience in ERP/CRM and WH mgmt. systems

· Experience with Zoho CRM
