LabVantage Solutions Japanは、ラボラトリ情報管理システム(LIMS)のグローバルリーディングカンパニーである、LabVantage Solutionsの日本法人です。

日本国内顧客向けのLIMS導入プロジェクトの拡大に伴い、ビジネスアナリスト / プロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。

顧客の業務課題を深く理解し、最適なソリューションの方向性を描くことが本ポジションの核となる役割です。設定・実装フェーズは専門のエンジニアチームと密に連携しながら進めるため、要件定義から解決策の設計まで、上流工程に高い専門性を発揮していただけます。

※日本国内の顧客とのコミュニケーションおよび訪問対応を伴うため、日本語での業務遂行および日本国内居住が必要となります。日本への移住・居住にあたりビザサポートが必要な方は予めご相談ください。

主な業務内容

顧客業務課題のヒアリング・分析
要件と製品機能を照らし合わせた解決策の設計
要件定義書・仕様書等ドキュメント作成
エンジニアチームとの連携による解決策の具体化
UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）・ワークショップのファシリテーション
海外チームとの協働

必須条件

顧客折衝・要件管理の経験
ステークホルダーとの合意形成・要件のとりまとめ経験
業務システム・ITソリューションに関する基本的な理解
GMP/GxP関連業務の基礎的な理解、または学習意欲のある方
日本語での顧客対応・ドキュメント作成能力（ネイティブレベル）
英語での業務コミュニケーション能力
日本国内で勤務・居住可能な方
出張対応可能な方（30〜50%）

歓迎条件

LIMSまたはラボシステム、類似の業務システム導入経験
製薬・ライフサイエンス業界経験
SQLの基礎知識
API連携・システム間インターフェースの理解

Business Analyst / Project Manager (Requirements Definition & System Implementation) | Based in Japan

About us

LabVantage Solutions Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of LabVantage Solutions, a global leader in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

As we grow our LIMS implementation projects for clients in Japan, we're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. At the core of this role is understanding our clients' business challenges and shaping the right solution for them. You'll work closely with our engineering team on configuration and implementation, allowing you to focus your expertise on the upstream work — requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

This role involves regular communication with and visits to clients across Japan, so native-level Japanese and residency in Japan are required. (If you would need visa support to relocate and establish residency in Japan, please reach out to discuss.)

What you'll do

Gather and analyze clients' business requirements
Assess requirements against product capabilities and design the right solution
Prepare requirement definitions and specification documents
Partner with our engineering team to bring solutions to life
Facilitate UAT (user acceptance testing) and workshops
Collaborate with global teams

What you'll need

Experience in client-facing roles and requirements management
Experience in stakeholder alignment and requirements consolidation
A working understanding of business systems or IT solutions
A foundational understanding of GMP/GxP-related work, or a strong willingness to learn
Native-level Japanese for client communication and documentation
Professional working proficiency in English
Eligibility to work and reside in Japan (visa support available if needed)
Willingness to travel (approximately 30–50%)
