𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 We are looking for experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 to strengthen a Field Test team working across marine and industrial applications. The primary focus will be testing and verification of 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, while also contributing to industrial assignments. You will work with simulation, rig testing, and physical vehicles/vessels to define and deliver technical verification requirements. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 🔹 Define verification criteria for features, functions, and field testing 🔹 Plan, prepare and execute physical and virtual tests 🔹 Perform performance and fuel-consumption measurements/calculations 🔹 Conduct testing related to wind resistance, soiling, climate, durability and noise 🔹 Understand functions and verification requirements and define test targets 🔹 Define field-test strategies for new technologies 🔹 Identify verification needs and translate them into test requirements 🔹 Create detailed test plans 🔹 Manage customer relationships during field-test activities 🔹 Analyse test results and provide technical recommendations 🔹 Prepare and manage fault reports 🔹 Document test results and compile engineering reports 🔹 Continuously improve test methods and propose updates to technical requirements 🔹 Develop test methods for new technologies and transport solutions 🔹 Deploy and support testing at new markets and test sites 🔹 Take responsibility for test codes and test methods 🔹 Ensure the quality and fidelity of test methods and codes 🔹 Act as a technical expert and go-to person within relevant areas 🔹 Train, mentor and support less experienced engineers 🔹 Build strong technical networks across the organisation 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 ✔️ 5+ years of relevant test engineering experience ✔️ Strong experience in planning and executing field tests ✔️ Experience analysing test results and providing technical recommendations ✔️ Experience developing and improving test methods ✔️ Strong understanding of verification and testing principles ✔️ Experience managing customer/stakeholder relationships ✔️ Ability to work independently and take technical ownership ✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills ✔️ Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written ✔️ Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁 Marine-related experience is highly valued: 🔹 Marine engineering background 🔹 Previous experience working onboard vessels 🔹 Degree in Naval Engineering 🔹 Experience testing marine applications However, an extensive background in test engineering, field testing, customer interaction and test-method development is equally relevant.
