The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of accounting experience and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Depending on experience and qualifications, candidates may be considered for a Senior Accountant position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations using QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare and review financial reports

• Process invoices, payments, expenses, and related transactions

• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, management, external accountants, and tax professionals

• Support other accounting and administrative functions as required

Qualifications:

• Approximately 5+ years of accounting experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple manufacturing sites, covering Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance/Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and multi-site rollouts

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholders

• Coordinate Business, Finance, IT, global teams, and System Integrators

• Lead Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare

• Coordinate SAP FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules

Requirements:

• 6+ years of IT Project / Program Management experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager / PMO to manage IT projects and coordinate Japanese and international stakeholders across Japan, the U.S., Asia, and other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international IT projects, including schedule, progress, quality, and cost

• Coordinate between Japanese stakeholders and overseas teams

• Facilitate meetings in Japanese and English

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes

• Manage issues, risks, and escalations

• Coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

• Support projects as a PMO or lead projects as a PM

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of PM or PMO experience in IT projects

• Business-level Japanese and English

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, or digital projects

• Eligible to work in Japan (visa support may be discussed if needed)

Preferred:

• Global or cross-border project experience

We are seeking a bilingual IT Engineer with 2–4 years of IT experience to support IT operations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshooting

• Support Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and peripherals

• Handle account setup, permissions, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding

• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, VPN, hardware, and software issues

• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors and maintain IT documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, or related experience
