About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout with guidance from the Principal/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling.
Integrate all program activities, including program management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and test through sell-off into the master plan.
Integrate the master schedule to the cost baseline and ensures cost data is consistent with schedule information.
Establish logic, predecessors and successors to develop the critical path for a program
Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts and risks.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data to develop appropriate actions; Strong negotiating and interpersonal relations skills
Resourceful/problem solver; Able to quickly adapt to change; Self-confident and take initiative.
Ability to obtain a security clearance
