The role will focus on adapting brand guidelines and creative assets into practical artwork for venue dressing, branding, signage, and other event applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the branding team and suppliers to ensure artwork is accurate, production-ready, and delivered within project timelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with the branding team and suppliers to ensure artwork is accurate, production-ready, and delivered within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and adapt brand guidelines and design elements for branding and venue dressing applications.
- Develop artwork and design outputs based on project requirements and approved brand guidelines.
- Coordinate required design outputs with the branding team and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Adapt artwork and design elements to suit different venue dressing surfaces and dimensions.
- Produce ready-to-print artwork for suppliers and production teams.
- Prepare artwork in the correct formats and specifications for production.
- Ensure artwork accurately reflects approved branding guidelines and design requirements.
- Support the branding team with revisions, artwork updates, and adaptations as required.
- Work closely with suppliers and technical stakeholders to resolve artwork and production requirements.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all branding and venue dressing applications.
- Strong knowledge of 2D graphic design and artwork production.
- Experience working with event branding, venue dressing, signage, or large-scale event graphics is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate and adapt brand guidelines into practical event applications.
- Good understanding of venue dressing best practices.
- Strong understanding of artwork preparation and ready-to-print files.
- Ability to adapt artwork to different sizes, dimensions, and dressing surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with branding, production, technical, and supplier teams.
- Must have own laptop capable of running required design and artwork software.
- Portfolio required, including examples of event branding, venue dressing artwork, signage and wayfinding, large-format graphics, branding adaptations, print-ready artwork, and event or sports-related design applications.
