Main Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets (models, textures, materials) for mobile puzzle games
• Adapt and improve existing assets to enhance visual quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with art, product, and development teams to support game needs
• Implement and polish assets in Unity (materials, prefabs, lighting, scene setup)
• Optimize assets for mobile performance, ensuring smooth gameplay and stability
• Support rapid iteration by producing and updating assets based on feedback and A/B test results
• Follow and contribute to established art pipelines and workflows
• Regularly test assets in-game to ensure quality, usability, and visual consistency
• Stay up-to-date with trends in casual and puzzle games

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, preferably in mobile games
• Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush
• Experience creating stylized assets suitable for casual/puzzle games
• Basic experience with Unity (materials, prefabs, scene setup)
• Understanding of mobile optimization principles (polycount, textures, performance)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and sense of visual quality
• Passion for mobile puzzle games
