Production Engineer / Technician (Hong Kong – New Plant) Tuen Mun, Hong Kong HKD 20,000 – 30,000/month About the Company We are a global company in the health supplement industry with operations across Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia. We are currently setting up a new production site in Hong Kong. The team is still small, and this role will be part of the early-stage setup. The Role This is a hands-on production role. You will be involved in day-to-day manufacturing operations, basic equipment maintenance, and supporting the setup of the new plant. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end production work (materials, setup, production, packaging, storage) Operate tablet press and packaging machines following SOP Perform basic in-process checks (e.g. weight, appearance) Carry out routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, simple parts replacement) Support basic troubleshooting with remote engineering team Assist in setting up production processes for the new facility Must-have At least 3 years of manufacturing experience (pharma / health supplements / food) Exposure to solid dosage production (tablet / capsule) OR similar production equipment Hands-on experience in operating machines on the production floor Comfortable working in a production environment (not a desk-based engineering role) Mandarin communication is required Basic English reading ability (able to understand simple manuals or instructions) Nice-to-have Experience in equipment maintenance or basic electrical/mechanical work Experience in GMP environment or regulated production setting Involvement in new plant setup, equipment validation, or commissioning Familiarity with production processes or relevant training background Additional Info Open to Hong Kong-based candidates or those willing to relocate from South China Visa support may be considered for suitable candidates 生产工程师 / 生产技术员（香港｜新工厂） 工作地点：香港屯门 薪资：HKD 20,000 – 30,000 / 月 关于公司 公司深耕膳食营养补充行业多年，在全球多个国家设有研发、生产及销售布局。 目前正在香港新建生产基地，团队处于搭建阶段，该岗位属于早期核心成员之一。 岗位说明 这是一个以生产现场为主的岗位，涉及日常生产操作、设备基础维护，以及新工厂的生产流程搭建。 工作内容 负责生产全流程（来料、生产、包装、入库） 操作压片机及包装设备，按SOP进行生产 进行基础质量检查（如片重、外观等） 负责设备日常维护（清洁、简单保养、更换零件） 配合工程团队进行基础故障排查 参与新工厂生产流程的建立与优化 必须条件（Must-have） 3年以上制造业经验（药厂 / 保健品 / 食品均可） 接触过固体制剂（片剂 / 胶囊）或类似生产设备 有生产设备实际操作经验（非纯工程/办公室岗位） 能接受生产现场工作 普通话可沟通 具备基础英文阅读能力（能看懂简单设备说明/操作文件） 加分项（Nice-to-have） 有设备维护或基础机电经验 有GMP或规范化生产环境经验 参与过新工厂建设 / 设备验证 / 导入 熟悉生产流程或有相关培训经验 其他说明 优先考虑香港本地候选人 条件合适者可协助办理工作签证 亦欢迎华南地区（深圳 / 广州 / 东莞）候选人
