Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You'd Do In This Role

Local schools are ready to teach students how to handle money, and company sponsors are the ones who make it possible. You'll be the trusted partner for a book of sponsors who fund Ramsey Education curriculum for schools in their communities, and you'll help each one see the real difference their investment makes. This is a relationship-first role built on the sponsors you already serve, where trust that lasts leads to renewals and growth. When new sponsors reach out, you'll welcome them in and set them up for a great start. You'll do work that helps a generation of students learn to handle money the right way.

What Winning Looks Like

• Working every renewal on a clear timeline well ahead of the contract end date, so no sponsor reaches expiration without a conversation.
• Growing the book through expansions, such as additional schools or higher sponsorship levels, to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Anchoring each renewal conversation in proven school placement and usage, so renewing feels like the natural next step.
• Completing regular check-ins with every sponsor, with a rhythm set by sponsor size and renewal timing, and onboarding new sponsors and schools with clear expectations.
• Flagging low-usage schools early, so classes start well before the renewal conversation.
• Responding to every inbound sponsor lead within 24 hours and moving it to closed won, with a placed school and a check-in plan for each new sponsor.
• Asking current sponsors for referrals during check-ins and conversations.
• Keeping the CRM pristine with detailed notes, clear next steps, and an up-to-date pipeline on every account.
