Account Manager — Home Cleaning

Business Development · Dubai, UAE · Full-time, on-site

When a cleaner doesn't show up, a family's Saturday plans fall apart. When a van breaks down and nobody knows until the driver is already on the road, bookings cascade into cancellations. You'll own the partner relationships and ground operations that stop this from happening — making sure cleaners turn up, vans run, and thousands of customers each month get the service they paid for.

This is an operational ownership role, not a supervisory one. You'll manage a portfolio of partner companies across the UAE home cleaning supply network, each supplying cleaners, vans and drivers to fulfil our bookings. The scale: every decision you make on partner compliance, workforce deployment and operational discipline ripples through thousands of cleaning jobs every month. Your headline metric is “sustained improvement in cancellation & reschedule rate (C&R%), absenteeism (Absent BD%), on-time delivery and promise met percentage” — measured against baseline when you join and tracked week-on-week as proof your ground work is working.

You'll love this role if...

  • You've spent time on the ground with blue-collar teams and understand what actually stops people from showing up (visa delays, van breakdowns, accommodation issues, unclear rosters).
  • You're obsessed with root cause, not surface fixes — you dig into data to spot patterns before they become cancellations.
  • You get energy from building reliable relationships with tough counterparts who move slowly until they trust you, then move fast.
  • You think in systems: "If I fix this compliance gap now, what operational leakage stops?" — not just "what fires do I put out today?"
  • You measure yourself by the numbers that matter to the customer — on-time shows and kept promises, not effort.

What you'll own

  • “Drive sustained improvement in C&R%, Absent BD%, On-time % and Promise met %” by building reliable ground operations, catching compliance gaps early through regular site visits, and holding your partner counterpart to a weekly operational cadence that surfaces and fixes issues before they hit customers.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding, training, retraining and deployment of cleaners and drivers across your account(s) — making sure they show up prepared and compliant.
  • Be the on-ground point of contact for every cleaner and driver in your portfolio, and the single reliable counterpart for your partner company's leadership — shortening resolution time on operational issues through relationship and data.
  • Execute central projects on schedule — retraining programmes, vacation planning, accommodation audits, van maintenance schedules, quality plans — without waiting for headquarters to push.
  • Manage partner compliance: driver documents, CRM van–driver mapping, RTA branding approvals, visa and EID status — and reconcile partner statements and penalties with data to resolve disputes fairly and fast.
  • Partner with dispatch/ops on van allocation and fulfilment gaps, with support on cancellation root causes, with product/BI on CRM mapping and operational tooling, and with finance on statement reconciliation — acting as the clearer, the translator, the person who gets things unstuck.
  • Act as the voice of the cleaner: escalate pay timeliness issues, listen to grievances, plan leave properly, and understand renewal intent so we keep the workforce stable.

What tells us you're the one

  • You've “measurably improved an operational outcome across a blue-collar or logistics workforce” — tell us the program you built (retraining? roster discipline? compliance audit?), the baseline metric when you started, and the number you moved by how much over what timeframe.
  • You think in root cause and data: you've used operational data (spreadsheets, dashboards, simple analysis) to find the real lever, not the obvious one.
  • You've spent 2–4 years in field operations, last-mile delivery, facilities management, or managing a third-party vendor or manpower partner — results matter far more than tenure, but this tells us you've seen operations at scale.
  • You speak English fluently, and bonus points if you speak Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or Arabic — languages your workforce speaks.
  • You prefer to be on the ground. When something looks off on a metric or you hear a complaint, your instinct is to go see it, not to email about it.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and systems thinking: you know which three things to fix first when everything is broken, and you don't need perfect data to act.
