PERCUP, a fast-growing consumer brand, is hiring a Junior Accountant to run its day-to-day finance operations. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: keep the books current, stay on top of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings, and make sure every payout, vendor bill and shipping invoice is reconciled and paid on time. You'll report to the Founder / Finance Manager and work closely with Operations and our external tax consultant.
What you'll do:
• Day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close in Zoho Books (or similar).
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support Corporate Tax filings on time.
• Pay out brands and partners on time with no delays, and verify payout reconciliations before release.
• Manage the accounts payable cycle end to end.
• Reconcile shipping invoices, vendor invoices, bank statements and gateway/aggregator settlements.
What you bring:
• Degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years' experience (UAE preferred; strong grads considered).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax; hands-on with accounting software and Excel.
• Organised, accurate, proactive and trustworthy with confidential data. Arabic a plus.
