Personal Accountant - VVIP - Abu Dhabi

Job Description We are seeking a highly professional and trustworthy Personal Accountant to support a VVIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal financial transactions, payment coordination, budgeting support, and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. This role requires a flexible, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who can manage sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Handle and monitor all personal financial transactions and payments. Manage bank accounts, transfers, and payment schedules accurately and efficiently. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial forecasting. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers when required. Prepare financial summaries and reports for review. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Support day-to-day administrative and finance-related requirements. Travel within Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other Emirates when required. Ensure timely follow-up on financial obligations and payment deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience within the UAE. Experience handling personal or executive-level financial matters is an advantage. Strong understanding of payments processing and expense management. Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Zoho or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills in English. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Flexible with work schedules and operational requirements. UAE driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications CMA, ACCA, or other finance-related certifications are an advantage but not mandatory. Experience in family office, private office, or investment-related environments is a plus.
