Accountant Arabic Speaker - RAK

Position: Accountant

Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Company CEO

Main Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable.

* Manage supplier and subcontractor accounts, invoices and payments.

* Monitor construction project costs and expenses.

* Perform bank and account reconciliations.

* Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions.

* Prepare regular financial and management reports.

* Support management with project costing, cash flow and other financial information as required.

Required Experience & Skills

• only immediate joiners
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience working in a construction company is mandatory.
• Good understanding of construction/project accounting and cost monitoring.
• Good accounting, reporting and organizational skills.
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of relevant previous experience.

Salary & Benefits

* AED 4,000/month during the 3-month probation period.

* AED 4,500/month after successful completion of probation.

* Salary is inclusive.

* Company visa will be provided after successful completion of the initial 15-day testing period.

Working Hours & Days

* 9 hours per day, including lunch/prayer break.

* One day off per week.

Interview & Selection Process

* Formal interview.

* Selection will be based on relevant construction accounting experience, capability and evidence of previous experience.

* The first 15 days will be a practical performance-testing period.

* If performance is satisfactory, the company will proceed with the visa and the candidate will continue under the 3-month probation period.
