Job Description Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions using Tally accounting software Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Follow up on outstanding payments and customer balances Perform bank, cash, supplier, and customer reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking Support the preparation of monthly financial reports Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory records Assist with VAT documentation, filing, and audit requirements Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting role Strong practical experience using Tally Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong numerical, data-entry, and reconciliation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain confidential financial information Good written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English and preferred Indian Male Familiarity with accounting and VAT procedures in Oman is an advantage Candidates currently residing in Oman and available to join immediately will be preferred Benefits Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Employment visa provided in accordance with the Oman Labour Law Medical insurance as per company policy Annual leave and public holidays Professional and supportive working environment Training and career-development opportunities
