Accounts Payable Specialist with Spanish (m/f/d)

Job ID: 41477 | Location : Lodz, Poland | Expected Salary Range : zł82,500.00 - zł137,500.00 | Work Model: Hybrid Join us for a Accounts Payable Specialist position where you will be in charge of providing efficient support for our internal and external customers. Your main responsibility will be processing of incoming invoices, monitoring open invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis. Additionally, you will have a great opportunity to establish positive relationships in a multicultural work environment and take part in projects and improvement initiatives. If you speak Spanish, appreciate spending time with people from other cultures, and feel comfortable working on II shift this is the offer for you! What will you be doing? Process and review invoices in accordance with company procedures. Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate and resolve accounts payable issues. Assist in various month end closing related works. Keep organized environment in daily tasks. Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets. Deliver external/internal client satisfaction. Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for? At least 1 year of professional experience on a similar role Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency SAP knowledge Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and KPIs - strong customer service skills Language Skills: English: minimum B1 level written and spoken Spanish: minimum B2 level written and spoken Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance or similar Basic knowledge of accounting – desirable What’s in it for you?
