Build highly sought-after commercial and procurement experience while supporting the contracts and supply function of a large-scale gold mining operation. This 12-month parental leave cover is more than a traditional administration role. It offers hands-on exposure to contract management, procurement processes, tender administration and contractor compliance within a site-based commercial team. Working alongside experienced Contracts Specialists, you'll gain valuable insight into how commercial outcomes are delivered in mining while developing skills that can create future opportunities across procurement, contracts, supply chain and broader commercial disciplines. Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Superintendent Supply, you'll: Support the smooth administration of site contracts by maintaining accurate documentation, supplier records and contract information. Help drive procurement and tendering activities through the coordination and administration of tender processes and supporting documentation. Maintain contract management and e-tendering systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance requirements are consistently met. Produce reports, track performance information, and support contractor management processes across the operation. Build strong working relationships with site stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to help deliver efficient commercial outcomes. Why Mungari Operations? Previous experience in contracts administration, procurement administration, purchasing, commercial support or a similar administrative role. Strong systems capability with experience using ERP, procurement or document management platforms. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. High attention to detail with proven document control and administration capability. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
