The Oncology Services Director is a leadership role responsible for the clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of the oncology service line. This house-wide, multidisciplinary leadership role emphasizes collaboration, strategic orientation, and service excellence. The director oversees operations, staffing, and physician management while driving quality improvements and aligning with the organization's goals. Signing Bonus: Negotiable Relocation Package: Partial Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for oncology services, ensuring high-quality patient care and financial performance. Manage daily operations, including staffing, recruiting, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and staff to foster a team-oriented culture. Lead and support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain survey readiness for accreditation by Joint Commission and Commission on Cancer (COC). Oversee departmental budget and financial performance. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and leadership principles. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Leadership/Management, or a Healthcare-related field (required). Masters degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management, or a Healthcare-related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare services. Preferred experience in Cancer Center leadership or managing a medical clinic group system. Skills: Strong team-building, project management, and process improvement expertise. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Must-Haves Bachelors degree in Business, Leadership/Management, or a Healthcare-related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare services. Proven success in team building, collaboration with physicians, project management, and process improvement. Nice-To-Haves Masters degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management, or a Healthcare-related field. Prior experience leading a Cancer Center or managing operations in a medical clinic group system. Experience with Joint Commission and Commission on Cancer (COC) survey readiness.
