Program Structure Location: Bent County Healthcare Center — Las Animas, CO Housing: Provided onsite Hours Required: 500 (state‑mandated) Schedule: Full‑time, onsite participation required You’ll rotate through all major departments, gaining a 360° understanding of SNF operations, including: Clinical operations & quality of care Department head workflows & leadership State & federal regulatory compliance Budgeting, payroll, and financial management Human resources & staffing strategy Marketing, admissions, and census development Who Thrives in This Program We’re looking for candidates who already understand the SNF environment and are ready to grow into full‑facility leadership.
