Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair advanced mechanical and electrical systems
Perform major component repairs including engines and transmissions
Diagnose and service hybrid and EV systems
Complete warranty work following manufacturer policies
Program vehicle modules and update software systems
Assist and coach entry-level technicians when needed
Communicate technical findings clearly and professionally
Maintain efficiency while ensuring repair accuracy
Qualifications
At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
Manufacturer certifications preferred
Strong understanding of engine, drivetrain, and electrical systems
Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment
Leadership capability within a team setting
Valid driver’s license with clean record
