The 12-month Advanced Practice Provider Residency Program provides intensive training on the clinical complexity of family practice in the safety net setting and on a high-performance PCMH model for primary care. The program is specifically intended for new Family Nurse Practitioners committed to careers as Primary Care Providers in the challenging setting of rural community health centers and other safety net settings. The program includes precepted primary care sessions, specialty rotations, mentored independent clinics, didactic sessions, and quality improvement. We are looking for: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Residency Training Program Participants Recent graduates (within 24 months) of a Master's or DNP program, and certified or board eligible as an FNP and licensed in WA, with a stated commitment to practice as a primary care provider in a Community Health Center, or other safety net setting. The residency is a full-time, 12-month salaried position with benefits.
